Scams and con artists are a way of life in Mexico.  Money.. and the lack of it rules many people. Stealing money is not a honest living, but since you earned your money making an honest living, don't let the scammers out there take yours. Remember, unlike in the United States, there are no regulatory agencies that govern many professions. So doing business with someone is always a risk. Be smart! Check out everything and everybody.
    Klemens Kalupar is a major con artist is Cancun, Mexico and in Europe. He claims to be Austrian and possibly speaks German as well as Spanish and other languages. He is a body builder and has some knowledge of steroids and the human growth hormone. He claims to sell these drugs by getting them from a con artist/veterinarian in Mexico City named Erik del mar Salazar.
    Klemens claims to have worked in Sales & Marketing for Hyatt and Hilton Hotels and Resorts. He says he has a Ph.d in Economics but the only economics we found him an expert at is his ability to talk you out of your money with an "unbeatable offer that will not last".
    You will find both men claiming to be Doctors of some sort, whether Ph.d or veterinarian. They offer to sell you a product, i.e. steroids, vacation rental, a full breed dog with guaranteed documents and proper paperwork. They will always ask for money up front and give you a bank account, at HSBC or Banamex, to deposit the money into. They promise they will deliver the product to you. You will NEVER receive anything. You have been SCAMMED!!  Telephone calls and emails will go unanswered and in Mexico the police will just say "oh well".  Kalupar uses the email klemens23@hotmail.com or the username austrian23 because his birthday is the 23rd of January.
